Delivering Excellence Since 1974

MANAR. was built on a foundation of innovation, respect, dedication, and corporate social responsibility. For over 45 years and two generations, we have been making not just quality products, but more importantly, lasting relationships. Our stability of ownership and leadership, strong dedication to quality, technically advanced and standardized manufacturing platforms, and experienced and engaged workforce are just a number of the key attributes that make us a market leader.

Today MANAR has over 200,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space spanning four facilities and about 300 employees serving customers all over the U.S.

We are excited to announce the newest addition to our Plastics Injection Molding and Contract Manufacturing Services – MANAR MEDICAL. With over 30 years of experience producing medical parts, components, and value-added services, MANAR is a great fit for our increasing commitment to the medical industry.

In 2023, we opened a new ISO-13485-Certified facility specializing in plastic injection molding for medical industry applications to serve our medical partners better. This facility features a white room capable of accommodating specialty applications, allowing us to provide even higher-quality services.

In February 2017, MANAR became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and is now 100% Employee-Owned. The company has embraced new technology, automation, and equipment to align with our philosophy of continuous improvement.

Financial Stability

During this time of economic uncertainty, it’s important to partner with suppliers who have the financial stability to support your business. For over 45 years, MANAR has accumulated the financial strength to weather economic storms. We will be there to meet your needs when you call.

We’re also committed to ongoing reinvestment in our business. For example, our significant investments in automation enable us to eliminate non-value add labor from production processes and reduce project costs by building components and equipment in-house. They’re also helping us creatively apply people, processes, and technology to solve our customers’ biggest molding challenges.

Exceptional Customer-Focus

As a second-generation leader of MANAR, I am honored that our team continues to follow in my father’s footsteps understanding the importance of fostering strong and lasting customer relationships. Our senior management prioritizes spending time in-person with our customers and conducts customer business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and strategic business alignment.

We believe that a successful, long-term customer relationship starts with establishing the right fit. To that end, we work hard to seek and nurture customers who share our values. MANAR’s careful, upfront customer selection process results in lasting relationships based on a history of trust as evidenced by customer loyalty and longevity – over 15 years on average.

This commitment to customer service and satisfaction continues to pay off, as MANAR continues to be recognized as a preferred supplier in the contract manufacturing and plastics injection molding space
