Passionate about the work I do

I started working at Manar's GTR facility in 2019. I liked the culture because I found I could face the challenge of career growth, a cultural and family-oriented environment. This led me to make the decision to stay and settle in this job. I felt secure and had job stability. The values of this company allow me to be passionate about the work I do every day. Over time, I have found interaction and experience in other areas where there is the opportunity for professional and personal growth, with flexible hours, something that, for mothers with children in school, is very helpful to function better as employees. I also greatly appreciate my supervisors for the fair treatment and respect they provide to the operators.

I greatly appreciate and value the benefits Manar offers. I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work at GTR. I now know that the decision I made five years ago was the best, as in my case, it has been a great opportunity for growth and learning.
