Pay Range Starting at $55,000

Marketing and Sales Support Specialist will be at the forefront of marketing initiatives, providing essential support to ensure that campaigns, project, and marketing efforts are carried out smoothly and efficiently. This role directly collaborates with experienced sales and marketing professionals, leverage cutting-edge tools, and directly contribute to business growth and branding success.

Responsibilities

  • Ordering new materials for the sales staff, as needed
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team and external clients to ensure timely delivery of sales and marketing materials
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems for marketing related purposes
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Support event planning and coordination
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to help support sales pipeline
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing marketing files
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing for sales presentations and reports
  • Help with outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Identifies, attends and supports trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to sell the services the company provides
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion required
  • Associate degree, relevant industry training, certification or equivalent preferred
  • Ongoing company provided training is required

 

Knowledge

  • Administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Manage media platforms
  • Navigating various search engines, such as Google, AI tools, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc..
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor marketing
  • Power Point, Excel and other related proficiencies
  • Project management capabilities
  • Sales techniques and marketing strategies
  • Product knowledge
